1. User Alarm Configurations
- The User Alarm Configurations tab allows users to create and manage personal alarms for specific channels.
- Below is a layout of how the user alarm configuration screen will be displayed.
2. Data Source
- Select the data source from the dropdown list to configure alarms for a specific source as shown below:
3. Search
- Use the search bar to find a specific channel or alarm.
4. Show Alarms
- User – Displays user-configured alarms.
- Admin – Displays system-configured admin alarms (view only).
5. Thresholds and PLC Faults
- Thresholds – Configure alarm thresholds (Low, High, Critical).
- PLC Faults – Configure faults related to programmable logic controllers.
6. Alarm Configuration Table
- Below is a description and layout of all the fields that can be used to configure any User Alarm.
- You can configure an alarm only if you have access to the required data source.
- Fields can be configured and managed from Admin Alarm configuration tab.

| Channel | Name of the channel being monitored. |
| Description | Description of the configured alarm. |
| Current Value |
Real-time value of the data channel. |
| Fault (LL) | Lower-level fault threshold value. |
| Alert (L) | Lower-level alert threshold value. |
| Alert (H) | Higher-level alert threshold value. |
| Fault (HH) | Higher-level fault threshold value. |
| Cooldown Period | Minimum time before the alarm can be triggered again. |
| Add Group | Add users to a notification group. |
| Enable Alert | Toggle to enable or disable the alarm. |
| Delete | Delete the configured alarm (if allowed). |
7. Alarm Controls
- Enables user to have an overall control to
- Suspend Alarms – Temporarily disable all alarms.
- Copy to – Copy alarm configurations to other channels or data sources.
- Add Alarm – Create a new alarm for the selected data source.
8. Status Indicators
- ✅ – Enabled alarm.
- 🔒 – Locked admin alarm (cannot be modified).
- 🗑️ – Delete alarm option (if available).
- 📩 – Notification settings (SMS or email).
